This afternoon, I was fortunate enough to be at the right place at the right time to cover the story of the Officer Liang Protests.

The streets of DTR were filled with about 500 strong all in support of the convicted NYPD officer who shot an unarmed man.

Ming Yang of the Chinese American Fellowship Association organized the event and I was able to get his opinion on the matter.

“This is a rally by the Asian community. We the people of the Chinese American Fellowship Association will appeal to the higher courts and demand fairness. Tomorrow we will make our statement to the courts against the injustice and unfair treatment of Officer Liang. 

We stand for Justice For All!”
