Humans of my word started out as a basic photojournalism project that spiraled into an ongoing collection of photos dedicated to the people of the triangle area.


Composition consists of flagging down random strangers and having an intimate discussion, so as to share their story with the world.

" I used to work at Starbucks, but I enjoy working at Jubala a lot more. The customers are less entitled, more friendly! It gets busy here too but it's a different kind of rush than Starbucks, less crazy"
